Why are consults only available in five states?

Since Dr. Burry holds active medical licenses in NY, NJ, CA, TX, and AL these are the states she is able to do consultations.

Does Dr. Burry help people with health concerns outside her listed specialties?

Yes of course! Dr. Burry is best suited to work with cases that are difficult to resolve such as infertility, endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, and chronic fatigue, etc.. She can also support generalized reproductive dysfunctions for men and women including PMS, irregular cycles, hot flashes, night sweats, heavy bleeding, loss of libido, and enlarged prostate; as well as issues such as adrenal dysfunction, dysbiosis, yeast or fungal infections, SIBO, indigestion, constipation and more. Her extensive knowledge has provided a broad understanding of how the body works and which herbs or nutrients are best suited to restore optimal function.

Can Dr. Burry help me lose weight?

Although Dr. Burry does not offer an actual “weight loss program,” the dietary recommendations that will be part of your wellness plan will often result in a normalization of weight over time. This weight loss is a common “side effect” of the improvement in overall health.

Is Dr Burry a medical doctor?

Dr. Heidi Burry is a licensed medical doctor, however as a consultant she is not a substitute for your primary care provider or emergency medical care. She is happy to collaborate with your current health providers to optimize your health. All new clients should have a primary care physician to cover routine care and screening.

What if I have an emergency?

If you feel you need emergency medical care, call 911 or please visit your primary care doctor or the nearest emergency room.

How do I make an appointment with Dr Burry?

It’s easy! Just click on “book an appointment,” which will send her an email. To ensure your privacy we will then send you an invitation to register on, A HIPPA secure site. From here you can select the type of consultation (be sure to select in office verses telemedicine live video) and appointment time that is most convenient for you. With online appointment booking an email will be sent to you confirming your appointment. You can also sign up for text message reminders under the notifications tab. Once you have created an account you will also be able to schedule your follow ups.
You will also receive an email that contains the documents you will need to complete and return at least 2 days prior to your initial consultation appointment. If requested, we will gladly send you a hard copy by mail. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT.

How will I get in touch with Dr. Burry for my appointment?

Please come to your in office appointment on time. The address for in person encounters is listed on the appointments pagel. For telemedicine appointments you will receive an email or text notification from Please accept the invitation to connect via clocktree which is a HIPPA secure video server. Login to Clocktree at your scheduled time and click the phone button to answer the call when it rings. We promise it is easier than you think.

What about follow-up appointments?

Often the follow up appointment is made at the time of your visit. For follow up consultsations you will only receive the notification of that appointment, there is no action needed to accept a new invitation.

What if Dr. Burry is running behind schedule?

There may be an occasion where she is running behind schedule and if so, she will begin your appointment as close to your scheuled time as she can. If she will be extremely delayed, we will contact you and make other arrangements if necessary.

What is the cancellation policy?

New Client Appointments: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us 48 business hours before your appointment so we can offer the appointment to another client. A $100 missed appointment fee will be charged to all client appointments that are not cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment or those who no-show. At the end of your appointment, Dr. Burry will be able to determine the amount of time needed for any follow-up appointments based on the complexity of your situation. These are billed in 15-minute increments.

Follow-up Appointments: We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client on our waiting list.
All follow-up appointments are scheduled based on the complexity of your health concerns. These appointments are billed in 15-minute increments. If your scheduled appointment exceeds the allotted time due to additional questions or complexity, we will round the billable appointment time to the nearest 15-minute increment. Please let us know if you need your appointment to adhere to a specific length of time and we will honor that.

What should I have ready for my first visit?

1. Completed health history and environmental exposure forms.
2. List of all medications and supplemets you are currenty taking.
3. Medical reocrds including office visits, lab work, and imaging studies.


What kind of supplements do you use?

Dr. Burry is committed to using only the highest-grade nutritional supplements that are free from synthetic isolates or other ingredients made in a laboratory. She is committed to using only those that come directly from either concentrated foods, clean animal sources, or pharmaceutical-grade herbs. This ensures restoration of health rather than just masking the symptoms. After trying many different supplement companies, she found that the products provided from Standard Process and MediHerb consistently delivered the best results and dramatically improved her clinical results.

How many supplements will I have to take and for how long?

In most instances, Dr. Burry will recommend anywhere between three to five supplements at the initial appointment, however every situation is unique. She does her best to be mindful of the cost, keeping to a minimum without compromising the overall healthcare goal. When you are in the initial stages of correction, your supplements may be a bit more robust however, as your situation improves, the supplements will be reduced in their dose or eliminated entirely. Dr. Burry may recommend ongoing herbal or nutritional support to help you maintain optimal health, however the decision to take these would be entirely up to you.

How and where will I get my supplements?

For those who chose to meet in person, supplements may be available at the time of your visit. Otherwise will ship the supplements Dr. Burry recommends for you directly to your home. These should be taken until otherwise directed during your follow-up appointment. When you are running low, you can reorder by messaging Dr. Burry on or sending an email to: All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Orders are not shipped on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays or during office closings. Shipping is waived on all orders over $200. If you do not have a preferred method of shipping (USPS or UPS), we will use the carrier that is most economical depending on where you live.

Can I purchase my supplements online?

We are committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality supplements available. Online vendors selling the same brand of supplements are not only selling illegally, but there is no guarantee that the products are within the expiration date or have been stored correctly, preserving the important phytochemicals. There is no price difference when purchasing online and if the incorrect item is ordered, there is no way to return it. When you purchase the recommended supplements from us, you are guaranteed to have the right ones that are not expired and have been properly taken care of. This ensures you will receive the maximum benefit from the protocol designed for you.

What is the return policy on supplements?

How do I pay for my appointment?

Paymnet is due at the time of service. Cash, check, or payment via Paypal or Venmo are accepted. There is a $100 non-refundable fee for any initial appointments not cancelled within 48 hours or follow up appointments not cancelled within 24 hours excluding weekends.

Are there any other costs I need to know about?

There may be an occasion that additional testing will be needed. Dr. Burry is very conscientious of out-of-pocket costs and as such, will discuss this with you prior to ordering any kind of additional testing.

Do you bill insurance?

Unfortunately Dr. Burry’s consulting services are not be covered by insurance. Some Health Savings Accounts or other health plans will, however, cover counseling and supplements so please check with us to verify eligibility.
